Design, strategy, and innovation leader with over a decade of experience helping international organisations, startups, social enterprises, UN, and governments turn ideas into products and service experiences that make a difference in the world. My journey began with a MSc Degree in Development Economics and International Cooperation, which provided a deep understanding of working in low and middle-income countries. My work on social business and entrepreneurship laid the groundwork for my specialization in strategic design and innovation, crucial for accelerating societal and environmental progress. I have worked across Europe, Central Asia, and Africa on various projects in industries like microfinance, healthcare, education, and travel. Over the past 10 years, I've deepened my expertise in conducting research to design and redesign propositions at Philips, The Walt Disney Company, and other clients. I hold a Design Thinking degree from HPI School of Design Thinking and an MBA in Service Innovation and Design. My passion lies in leveraging innovation for social and environmental impact, helping organizations navigate complex systems and shape strategic service propositions.
