Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Carisma Large Format Printing, Ltd., I have spent the past 13 years directing strategic initiatives and helping propel the company to new heights. In my role as CEO, I oversee all aspects of operations, from design and production to installation, specializing in short-term mobile marketing campaigns and pop-ups. Carisma has become renowned for its out-of-the-box thinking, resulting in groundbreaking projects like embellished buses with 3D extensions and creative light displays. Beyond my corporate endeavors, I have a rich history of community engagement and nonprofit leadership. As the Founding Director of Hillel at the College of Staten Island, I successfully built student membership from the ground up, implementing programs that fostered community and strengthened Jewish identity among students. With a passion for innovation, strategic leadership, and community empowerment, I am dedicated to driving positive change and making a meaningful impact in every endeavor I pursue.

  Carisma is a large format printer specializing in the design, production and installation of vehicle graphics. CitySights Double Decker Buses and GrayLine Double Decker Buses in NYC are all proudly wearing our wraps. Many of the local food trucks in NYC are also our clients. In addition to the NY market, Carisma prints and ships to all major markets throughout the country. Out of the box thinking has led to amazing results with buses embellished with 3D extensions and creative light displays. In 2014, Carisma premiered The Stage, the country's first digital double decker bus. In addition to vehicle graphics, Carisma works with many marketing companies helping to bring their visions to fruition.

• Founding Director · Hillel at the College of Staten Island08-01-1996 – 08-01-2004

  As the founding director of the Hillel in Staten Island, I was responsible for building student membership successfully from 0 to 200 over the course of 2 years. Programs were offered for all students that focused on building community and strengthening Jewish identity amongst students. Over the course of eight years, opportunities for Jewish involvement on campus and the community grew to include many long-standing programs. The Hillel in Our Community (HOC) Project, and Semi Annual Erev Shira (with huge community participation) were two programs that received national grant funding due to their wide-reaching influence.

• Director of Campus Campaigns · Hillels of New York08-01-1995 – 07-01-1998

  Responsible for raising awareness about the UJA Federation of NY among college campuses throughout the metropolitan NY community. Awareness was raised through educational events, speakers, student-run fundraisers, and trips to Federation agencies in New York and in Israel. The best and most successful form of education and engagement was the UJA Winter Student Mission to Israel. The Winter Mission involved recruitment, staffing, and follow-up. The success of the UJA Winter Mission to Israel served as a catalyst for the Birthright Israel program.
