My responsibilities included hiring team members; running weekly meetings to keep in continuous contact with team members; liaising with members of union staff including media compliance; securing funding for The Badger; ensuring the continued output of high quality content both online and in print; working to build the brand of The Badger, and improve circulation both online and in print; working closely with both Online and Print Production Editors. In this role I won an SPA award for Outstanding Commitment.
