About
With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, I have honed my skills in UX research and design, particularly within government web applications. Currently, I serve as a UX Researcher and Designer at Environment and Climate Change Canada, where I lead projects like EnviroGenAI and contribute to significant redesigns of web applications such as SWIM and GHGRP. My previous roles at the same organization involved developing internal tools and enhancing public resources, where I led a team to design an LLM-based RAG web application. As a former intern, I contributed to over seven major UX projects, focusing on accessibility and usability improvements. Additionally, I founded Founder Media, a web design agency, and contributed to the University of Toronto Robotics Association's Autonomous Rover Team. My work emphasizes user-centered design, accessibility, and innovative solutions in web development.
