With a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Psychobiology from Università degli Studi di Padova, I have developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and cognition. My professional journey began as a Customer Service Representative at Rent a car Ohrid, where I honed my communication skills. I then transitioned into digital marketing, serving as a Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing specialist at Pecat Plus. There, I successfully managed social media platforms and executed campaigns to boost brand visibility. Currently, I am a Digital Marketing Manager at Ease Medicare, where I develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic. My diverse experience in customer service and digital marketing has equipped me with a unique skill set that combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, enabling me to effectively engage audiences and achieve business objectives.

  Selestra was an outsourcing startup where I wrote copy for ads, blogs and other forms of content. All of the written content that was posted on our websites or social media was produced by me. I have the ability to create unique avatars that enabled us to build stronger connections with potential clients. Additionally, my analytics skills allowed me to track and analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.

• Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing · Pecat Plus04-01-2019 – 07-01-2022

  I managed 4 different Facebook Pages and 2 different Instagram accounts, I was writing copies and did market research, based on the market research I did, new products were chosen to be advertised and ads were created and designed by me.

• Proofreading and Translation · Temu03-01-2024 – 01-01-2025

  I worked on daily translations and proofreading tasks for Temu. I was part of the launch of Temu on the Macedonian market which meant working on urgent tasks with very short timeframes.
