About

With a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon, I have built a robust career in content strategy and partnerships management. At Fandom, I served as Partnerships Manager, where I spearheaded a market-leading organic acquisition strategy, driving $9M+ in revenue over two years. I collaborated with major brands like Playstation, HBO, and Amazon to craft bespoke content strategies, enhancing user engagement and brand recognition. Previously, as a Content Strategist at Fandom, I developed integrated proposals and led a content team, achieving a 706% MoM increase in page views for a Fortune 500 partner. My career began as a Content Analyst at Fandom, where I provided data-driven insights to optimize user engagement. Additionally, I have freelanced as a Web Designer and Social Content Strategist, helping fitness professionals like Elite Athlete's Journey and Body by Ari grow their brands through targeted content and social media strategies.

  • Freelance Web Designer and Social Content Strategist · Elite Athlete's Journey04-01-2018 – 06-01-2018

EAJ is the brainchild of Eric Washington Jr., his elite training program is looking to grow as a brand. For me, that means two things, build a site that represents the brand in its entirety and a social content plan that compliments that. So working with Eric every step of the way, he and I went over his brand, top to bottom, and strategized what the website would look like and what his social media would look like. The website's goal is to be a one-stop shop that informs potential clients about EAJ and who Eric is, all the while being loud and flashing, something that we knew EAJ was. The EAJ social strategy is predicated on Eric himself, what he knows, and that is being a coach. All the content is based on him as EAJ, but also as a coach and mentor to all his athletes. We narrowed down target demographics, taught him out to search out trending hashtags within the fitness space to help him grow, create content that provides value, and position EAJ for massive success in the San Francisco Bay Area. EAJ is all about 'Respecting the Process', and that message is at the core of what I did, the copy on the website, to social media, it's all representative that all of us are on this journey.

Body by Ari is the product of a lot of blood, sweat and tears by Arianna Burrell. She's an elite fitness professional working with the world's top athletes, my job is to help her build upon that platform. From running Facebook/Instagram Ads, developing content, coming up with strategy for that content, then putting that plan into action by deciding which mediums are best suited for the types of content, her audience/demographics, and developing creative copy that goes along with our strategy and her goals. I've been fortunate enough to have helped and continue to help Arianna grow her personal and professional brand.
