Buffalo & Co. is a creative advertising agency specialising in branding, digital and design. Steering Buffalo & Co.’s creative direction, I’ve led the agency with innovative ideas and campaigns, strategic client partnerships and fostering a strong team culture. I also spearheaded key competitive pitches, which won new clients over the years and have consistently delivered impactful creative work. Highlights include: • Led pitches that secured accounts for top NZX-listed companies, including all Annual and Interim Report work. • Campaign Of The Year at the 2017 NZ Social Media Awards, with ‘Be the inspiration’ for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. with the New Zealand Olympic Committee. • Created a successful campaign for a farming cooperative that helped break down the urban/rural divide by educating, communicating, and celebrating where our food comes from in New Zealand. • Spearheaded the relaunch of two NZI products with integrated campaigns which led to a 45% increase in new customer inquiries. • Led the website design for a leading New Zealand Stud Farm, which increased stallion inquiries by 85%. I excel at leading by example and being hands-on, with experience across all aspects of running an agile creative design & advertising business, from creative direction to client management, strategy, and operations. This holistic involvement allows me to understand most facets of agencies as well as SMEs and large corporate businesses. This has equipped me with the versatility and insight needed to drive both creative and business success.
