With a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design from Kristianstad University and a Högskoleexamen in International Travel Consulting from TEC Travel Education Centre, I have a diverse educational background. My career began in the travel industry as a Product Manager at Thabela Travel, where I managed group tours and tailored travel packages. Transitioning into UX and product design, I have held roles at Lightswitch (Pty) Ltd, Hominum, and KAN agency, focusing on user research, wireframing, and accessibility. Currently, I am a Product Designer at Quickchannel AB, specializing in creating intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces through collaborative, data-driven design processes.

  I specialise in creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital interfaces. My work involves using a variety of research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable insights crucial for product development. I'm responsible for analysing and synthesising research findings, which informed data-driven design decisions and actionable recommendations. Collaboration is a key aspect of my role, as I work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and the Chief Product Officer to ensure successful project execution.

  I led user research efforts to really get inside the minds of our clients' target audiences. I also crafted wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams using tools like Figma, Miro, and Adobe XD. Accessibility and inclusivity were always top of mind, so I made sure to follow best practices and adhere to WCAG guidelines in all my work.
