I'm a Creative Director and Design Advisor who partners with founders and leadership teams to turn ambitious ideas into thoughtful products, memorable brands, and cohesive customer experiences. Over the past 18+ years I've led design across startups and global organizations, including BetterUp, where I helped bridge product and brand to create more connected user experiences. More recently, I've advised AI startups from their earliest stages, working alongside founders to shape product strategy, prototypes, storytelling, design systems, and brand. I thrive in ambiguity and enjoy helping teams answer questions like: • What are we really building? • Why will people care? • How should the product and brand reinforce one another?
