I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible product teams at Accenture and co-founded Inspiren, building innovative products that drive better care—not just for health, but as humans. Now at Veeva, I’m focused on launching new products to global markets as we usher in the AI wave to Life Sciences. It’s about the journey and the value we create for customers, partners, and patients. Previously, I led 0-to-1 product strategy, AI-driven healthcare innovations, and cross-functional teams from hardware prototyping to software platforms, reinforcing product ops and go-to-market excellence.

  As Head of Product at Inspiren, I worked to redefine healthcare innovation across hardware, software, and data. I led product vision, strategy and go-to-market initiatives in Acute Care and Senior Care verticals driving ROI for the customer base and ARR business objectives through Product. I built and led teams of product managers, designers, and product operations for web/mobile applications and analytics.

  As the founding Principal Product Manager and VP of Product, I led the 0-to-1 product strategy and development for the full software product stack of mobile, web, integrations, and analytics. I led the hardware product development lifecycle from industrial design prototyping to large scale manufacturing.\n\nInnovation: Led 0-1 AI-computer vision product MVP build across mobile, web, and Tableau analytics to test 4 healthcare markets, achieved product market fit, and designed and developed core value-driven capabilities to increase DAU/WAU\n\nScaling Enablement: Led development of critical product areas such as AI/ML human in the loop application to improve gross margin and new applications to decrease Customer Success time-to-value\n\nPartner Ecosystem: Managed integration ecosystem and designed API integrations with partner EMRs on HL7 framework\n\nImplementation: Implemented very first devices in field, led early implementations for customers, and supported scaling of hardware and software implementation through product\n\nProduct Ops: Established foundational product processes (PRDs, strategy briefs, prioritization frameworks, sprint rituals, roadmap governance)and the standup of Amplitude for segmentation and usage analytics
