For 8 years, I've worked at agencies, startups, and established SaaS companies where messy problems meet real stakes and thoughtful design makes a tangible difference. I focus on reducing cognitive load, building trust, and helping teams do their best work. I've protected millions in revenue through workflow redesigns, built design practices that helped teams ship faster, and worked on tools for vacation rental operations, nonprofit fundraising, and enterprise clients.   Worked closely with product managers to solve design challenges based on functional requirements. Collaborated with engineers to establish consensus around product flows and technical limitations. Collaborated with fellow designers to ensure consistency with other products in the platform and to establish new patterns in design systems. Responsibilities included customer discovery calls, competitive research, journey maps, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, usability testing, documenting specifications for engineering implementation, and UI/UX QA.

  Worked closely with BEAM's creative director and the UX research and strategy team. Conceptualized turnkey website templates for a real estate company's local property sites. Conceptualized a website promoting an all-in-one payroll and benefits solution. Collaborated on designing a sales solution for traveling ophthalmology sales consultants and validated the solution through usability testing and feedback. Uncovered challenges consultants face in complying with protection and management of proprietary information through user interviews, journey mapping, and heuristic analysis.

  Worked closely with the Creative Director. Helped to create a centralized notification and settings system for auto repair shops. Collaborated on improving a sales contact form to increase conversion for a diagnostic testing solutions product catalog and validated recommendations through usability tests and feedback.
