I'm a Product Designer with a background in UX Engineering and Front-End Development, passionate about bridging the gap between design and technology to create clean, scalable, and user-centered solutions. My journey into design began in the code—building enterprise-level applications where I naturally gravitated toward crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and advocating for better design systems. Over the past few years, I’ve transitioned from building interfaces to designing them—leading design efforts for complex internal tools in the financial services space. Most recently, I’ve worked cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape experiences for all bank employees globally. I bring deep empathy for users, strong systems thinking, and the technical fluency to collaborate seamlessly with engineers. I'm especially interested in product teams that value collaboration, craft, and continuous iteration.   Lead Product Designer of a global crew made up of five designers servicing internal applications including My Compliance and Compliance Portal, supporting 110k+ global employees. Oversaw the full product design cycle: stakeholder alignment, user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, usability testing, and dev handoff. Redesigned key workflows to improve task completion and reduce confusion; usability testing score: 83%.

• Product Designer · Credit Suisse2020-11-01 – 2024-01-01

  Transitioned from a UX engineering role, championing user-centered design for internal compliance systems. Designed end-to-end experiences including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and dev-ready specs using Figma. Introduced usability testing practices and co-led adoption of structured UX processes across the department.

  Stepped up as interim Lead UI Developer during a departmental shift; took ownership of the front-end experience for a compliance tool used across multiple business units. Balanced hands-on development work with early UX concepting and stakeholder engagement, helping set direction for a more scalable product experience.

  Front-end Application Developer, with heavy emphasis on UX design. Developed front-end features using React, JavaScript, and Redux, while performing user experience design tasks such as wireframing and prototyping.
