  Utilized Figma to design the Xiaohongshu Sharing API landing page, streamlining access to Xiaohongshu's sharing and publishing tools for partners. This resulted in a 20% reduction in integration costs, driving cost-effective user acquisition and expanding publishing capabilities. Created universal widgets conforming to OPPO OS Widget design guidelines for Xiaohongshu. These widgets significantly increased our presence and usage on OPPO devices, contributing to a 15% growth in daily active users. Participated in the design of project collaboration features in the digital marketing platform system. This optimization streamlined processes, enhancing efficiency for external advertising delivery teams and improving workflow transparency.

  Redesigned the Azure service landing page interface for real-time message servicing by utilizing a customer-driven design method to improve user flow, resulting in a 20% increase in user traffic. Collaborated closely with a product manager, two engineers, and a UX researcher. Handed off final design specs and key artifacts after presenting the design to the design director and leadership team. Generated an immersive Metaverse demo using Unity to showcase Azure's real-time message service. This involved analyzing user feedback and improving the virtual space feature for Web 3 users. By introducing Azure's capabilities within the Metaverse, achieved a significant boost in the user conversion rate.

  Collaborated with Bosch's automobile technical team to interview stakeholders and deliver internal reports by the double-diamond design method to provide a comprehensive understanding of user needs and usage scenarios. Tested feasibility of Bosch's UXR intelligent assisted automobile driving project. Created a storyboard for an end-to-end user touchpoint flow by utilizing the Consumer Experience Design method to provide the marketing team with a reference for collaboration with the client.

• User Experience Designer · VMLY&R2021-09-01 – 2022-03-01

  Participated in the product design process of the Ford Mustang Mach-E Mobile App, WeChat Mini App, and Website based on Ford's design guidelines. After the launch of the Mustang Mach-E Mobile App, 1,000 new users joined the mobile app monthly. Implemented an iterative design of the test drive to collect data and formulated a research report with redesigned digital touchpoints for the Ford sales team by CXD, increasing customer test drive satisfaction. Designed an interactive vehicle control interface for the Mustang Mach-E with the UX lead, receiving a positive user feedback rate of 82%.

  Plan and operate school external activities together with school teachers; Layout the event venue and make the event vision system (graphic design and PPT for presentation); Invite guests and issue invitation letters; Organized 3 activities for 150 people for the school.
