I’m a product leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling SaaS, marketplace, and B2B2C platform products across Series A startups, growth-stage companies, and publicly traded organizations. I began my career as a software engineer, which shapes how I partner with engineering teams and evaluate technical tradeoffs at scale. My focus is product strategy, roadmap clarity, and driving measurable business outcomes through customer-centric, data-informed decision-making. I’ve led leaders and built high-performing product, design, and engineering organizations, guiding teams through zero-to-one launches, platform modernization, API and ecosystem expansion, and cloud-native architectures. Today, I work in a fractional product leadership and advisory capacity with select teams, while remaining open to the right full-time product leadership role where long-term ownership and impact matter.
