  I started in Amazon Diagnostics (Dx), a new venture initiated to build an in-house healthcare diagnostics program, initially focused on providing COVID-19 testing to over 217 frontline EU employees using Amazon-owned diagnostic laboratories. In Q4 2021, Amazon Dx launched its first-ever government-approved consumer-facing at-home diagnostics product. Subsequently, I moved over to Amazon clinic which launched on November 2022. Amazon Clinic, is a virtual healthcare service catering to individuals aged 18 to 64 in 33 US states. The service offers online consultations with medical clinicians for various common conditions.

  Liaised and worked closely with analysts, designers, and key stakeholders to gather client’s requirements and devise innovative solutions (product) for customers. Internationalized the TUI UK hotels and search API platform across the rest of TUI Group aided company in expanding its footprints across the globe. Devised and implemented effective strategies in coordination with a brand-new scrum team to optimize operational efficiency and increase delivery speed by several days. Adopted best practices and procedures to ensure effective management of various products and projects across search, hotels, and SEO for TUI’s website. Delivered improvements for customers on the TUI website both in the frontend and backend across TUI Group.
