I partner with small tech companies, especially those with solo or early-career designers, to strengthen their design capabilities from within. Rather than working as an external consultant who simply delivers assets, I embed alongside in-house designers to help them: - Upskill their UX process through hands-on coaching and real project work - Establish or refine design systems, workflows, and documentation - Bring structure to design operations (research planning, design reviews, handoff practices) - Improve collaboration between design, product, and engineering teams - Level up design quality and consistency across teams and products I typically lead companies to address friction in the design process. The goal? To turn overextended designers into confident UX leaders, and help growing companies scale design without immediately hiring a full team.

Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of design concepts while considering technical feasibility. Ensure all necessary design details are documented to communicate visual designs intent, initiate collaborative review of the design to enable developers to understand and execute the design. Create an exceptional user experience while balancing customer needs, current business objectives and understanding the existing product and framework.   Improved analytics and streamlined checkout process for eCommerce brand (1.5% customer lift). Aligned design processes and principles to create a streamlined design system artifact. Created a UI library using MUI to develop an overall system that extracts each layer of the design process. Produced high-quality documentation that informs and translates the design language effectively.
