I am a college student enrolled at CCSU. I will graduate with my bachelors in Computer Science with a minor in Cyber Security. I have completed my CompTIA Fundamentals certification and I am working on getting CompTIA A+, Network, and security certifications. I am passionate about Information Technology, Art, and Customer Service roles and am actively seeking roles to fit my interests.

Front Desk Receptionist Shift Leader Responsibilities: Must process all paperwork and process checks for members and organizations. Must answer a high volume of phone calls along with communicating with members in-person to solve issues that pertain to billing, programs, and memberships; Also, being in charge of staffing, inventory, and ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Designated person to maintain the website and edit all membership forms. Processing financial aid paperwork based on family sizes and income documentation. Provide IT assistance support for network users. Configuring computers/printers and troubleshooting equipment.
