Some key takeaways from my work so far are: - I played a vital role in accelerating the deployment of a $40B+ capital plan through the early adoption of a new design team and the creation of transformative designs. - I conducted extensive research by speaking with users throughout Houston and employing clear and concise research methods to pinpoint their pain points.
