I act as the bridge between Product and Engineering to stop the bleeding. What I do: Diagnostics: I audit the 'Ghost Efficiency'...the gap between headcount and output. Process: I install lean workflows (Jira/Linear) that force clarity before code is written. Execution: I remove the administrative friction so developers can actually build. Currently, I run Offshore Velocity, where I perform rapid operational audits for distributed teams.
