  - Led the design process for revamping the interface and navigation of the Azure for Students (A4S) web platform, increasing user engagement of around 200,000 students around the world. - Created an AI-powered feature for the platform by integrating Microsoft Copilot, which provides real-time support and personalized guidance for around 50% of new users. - Communicated design ideas with 10+ cross-functional stakeholders and collaborators (product managers, engineers, designers, researchers) using wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. - Surveyed 130+ students, analyzed NPS comments from 1000+ platform users, and conducted usability testing with 9 students to make research-driven, user-centered design decisions.
