I’m a Product Designer collaborating with Volvo Group, working with a team of designers and researchers to create the best customer experience for the Volvo Connect product. Previously, I was a UX Researcher at a design consultancy, partnering with non-profit organizations and start-ups, including the Digital Impact Alliance incubated at the United Nations Development Programme. My skill set blends research, design, and technology. I have experience in user research, design strategy, information architecture, prototyping, storytelling, usability testing, UX design, UI design, interaction design, and visual design.   Designing Volvo Group's fleet management product (Volvo Connect) as part of an ongoing collaboration with Volvo Group North America. Working on the end-to-end design process such as research, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and visual design. Collaborating with Business Development Executives, Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to strategically come up with the best experience for customers.

• Product Design Intern · InOrbit.AI2025-06-01 – 2025-08-01

  Designed new models of human-robot interaction using augmented reality for InOrbit.AI's Space Intelligence platform as part of the summer internship program. Worked on the end-to-end design process such as research, ideating, prototyping, visual design, and spatial design.

• User Experience Researcher · Pensaar Design2022-06-01 – 2022-12-01

  Researched for the Digital Impact Alliance as part of an ongoing collaboration aimed at promoting equitable access to digital services. Worked on developing research plans, study guides, interview protocols, and survey instruments, and analyzed findings to generate actionable insights for data-sharing policy and digital inclusion strategies.
