I'm a Product Designer with over 5 years of experience in engineering and design. I began my career at Tata Elxsi, where I collaborated with teams at Volvo and Jaguar Land Rover to develop and test in-car features with over 95% accuracy. At the Post Carbon Institute, I co-led workshops and conducted user research to redesign how people discover content. This role was centered around understanding community needs and developing systems that foster long-term engagement and attract new audiences. At Pantsuit Professionals, I developed the admin dashboard, emphasizing the simplification of complex backend tasks to create a more user-friendly experience for the team managing mentoring programs. More recently, I've worked on a variety of projects, from AI-powered health systems to wellness apps, all rooted in the belief that technology should feel human and trustworthy. Designed and updated 100+ test scripts by translating complex project requirements into clear, user-centric workflows. Performed failure analysis and refined scripts through iterative design and testing, improving testing efficiency by 30% and reducing execution time per module by 25%. Collaborated with CAD design teams to validate hardware specifications and translate design constraints into actionable test scenarios. Developed a testing framework that ensured seamless hardware-software integration and reduced errors by 20%.
