About

My name is Kyle Remmert and I am a recent graduate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. During my four years at the University, I studied extensively in the areas of real estate, project management, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurship. I worked alongside many different people and in many different teams, and in doing so I learned the value of being a team player as well as where my strengths contribute most significantly. I participated in both the schools real estate club, where I learned much about the industry's structure and key players, and the start-up club, where myself and a team created a company in the event promotion industry which we then pitched to a group of investors.

  As a server at S&P Oyster Co., I undertook a variety of different responsibilities. I was required to have a deep understanding of product knowledge and use that knowledge to sell to customers. Additionally, the service style used was team-service, so I learned how to be an effective team player while working with many different people on a weekly basis. Furthermore, I developed a keen ability to work under high pressure and high stress environments while delegating and prioritizing many tasks simultaneously.

  Assisted with all aspects of producing, selling, and shipping the Moosalamoo brand of fishing lures in the New England region.

  Learned the inner workings of the financial planning industry with an experienced professional. Assisted in the development of financial plans for clients and the assessment of prospective clients financial information. Additionally, gained experience through sitting in on/participating in company meetings where key decisions regarding future company decisions were being made.
