Currently, I lead the Ops team at Velites Sport, managing logistics, supply chain, workflow optimization, and process improvement across global projects to boost efficiency and team performance. Whether it’s getting my hands dirty in the warehouse, analyzing data, or diving into strategy podcasts, I enjoy finding ways to take our projects and our people to the next level.
