  Successfully launched and currently produce the most viewed lifestyle daytime show on Spanish television, En Casa Con Telemundo, during the 2020 COVID pandemic with a fully remote team, now extended to a 2 hour broadcast. Managed all aspects of production, including sourcing interview subjects, organizing production, location scouting, directing camera operators, conducting interviews, coordinating post-production editing, curating music, managing budgets, and writing scripts in Spanish. Developed a network of publicists, entertainers, artists, and celebrities to enhance the show's content. Utilized trend analysis and data analysis to create programming that reflects current cultural and musical trends, and developed and executed original content campaigns for cross-promotional events (World Cup, Super Bowl) and cultural awareness months (Pride, Women's Month). Developed a distinctive director's style in the original content produced.

  Coordinate with correspondent, camera and audio to gather elements on the field and execute live shots for Today Show, Nightly News and MSNBC. Shoot interviews and elements with DJ equipment (Canon XF105). Thoroughly interview individuals for story elements. Pitch original stories that air on national news, e.g. Toxic Town. Produced under pressure during high risk situations e.g. national protests, experience with operating through high crowds and handling. Successfully produced LIVE coverage of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas, making NBC the only US News channel on air in Bahamas. Contribute to NBCNews.com articles. Use second language skills to translate interviews, contact governments and authorities in Caribbean and South American countries.

  Shoot 'Man on the Street' segments in NYC, shooting with handheld and interviewing. Write and produce segments for broadcast on topics such as immigration and Yemen. Shoot and edit social videos for NBC Latino with views raging to 5.7 K. Support senior and executive producers in the production of live news. Attend daily pitch meetings to brainstorm for future segments. Search online archives for elements (vo,sots & graphics) that are relevant to the current news that help illustrate stories.
