With over 17 years of distinguished experience in the nonprofit and government sectors, my unwavering dedication lies in providing invaluable financial education, work & family life education, prevention, risk mitigation, data analysis, and management services to the military community. I am currently serving as an Integrated Prevention Coordinator, providing our military commands tools to promote protective factors and reduce risk factors among individuals, relationships, and organizations in the military community. My credentials as a Master in Management & Leadership, Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), and a Syracuse University-certified Project Management professional equip me with the necessary expertise to deftly manage projects, allocate resources, and navigate intricate budgets. My aptitude for effective communication and collaboration is further enhanced by my role as a compelling public speaker and presenter. I possess the innate ability to deliver impactful and informative messages to audiences of any magnitude, a skill that I believe is crucial in my work with the military community.   In my role as an Installation-Based Integrated Prevention Coordinator, I am tasked with a range of responsibilities focused on enhancing readiness and wellness across our units. Key duties include risk and protective factor analysis, development of prevention strategies, program evaluation and impact assessment, leadership advisement, and program visibility and awareness. My role involves leveraging my expertise to support and enhance the overall well-being and readiness of our teams, contributing to a safer and more effective work environment.

• Education Services Facilitator · Zeiders Enterprises, Inc.12-01-2023 – 06-01-2024

  As an Education Services Facilitator, I develop and deliver engaging classroom training, workshops, and seminars, addressing quality-of-life programs for service members and their families. My responsibilities include creating tailored training based on program evaluation and survey data, providing one-on-one assistance and information referral across diverse quality-of-life programs, and marketing initiatives. Key achievements include conducting public awareness campaigns, leading family violence prevention efforts, training and supervising staff, and maintaining meticulous record-keeping.

  Provides management and supervision of the Personal Financial Counselors (PFC). Maintains consistency in service delivery and assures program compliance with DoD (Department of Defense) expectations.   As Director, I engaged with local command leadership and provided financial assistance and information of programs to the local community. I coordinated yearly fundraising efforts for the Active Duty Fund Drive and oversaw a volunteer staff. As Chair of Volunteers, I supported recruitment, onboarding, and training of new volunteers.
