About

Hi, I’m Lily — a strategy-focused former consultant with a big love for building things that matter. I was formerly a Director at The Ladder Group, where I helped grow the business from day one to a 35-person team across three different organisations. Along the way, I launched and led Ladder Consulting — our people and inclusion arm — where I looked after everything from client strategy and renewal to operational growth. I’ve been lucky to work with some brilliant clients like Travelodge, Glencore and Puig, helping shape their inclusion and people strategies across the UK and Europe. After an incredible 6-month adventure through South America and Europe, I’m now looking for my next challenge. I’m especially excited by roles where I can help grow a business, build brilliant teams, and learn from inspiring people — ideally within a VC fund or early-stage startup in the wellness, food, or consumer space.
