  Oversaw & executed the visual & graphic design of new training materials, including a 54-page manual. Designed a virtual-friendly experience for the team dynamics workshop sessions. Improved the usability of the graduate-student curriculum with clearer instructions. Promoted the program as an attendee at the Leadercast 2021 conference in Cincinnati.

  Hillman develops products for do-ers: from construction workers to at-home DIYers. Consumer research, ideation, and manufacturing specifications; Hillman builds for brands like Husky, AWP, Firmgrip, and more. On the Atlanta-based design team, I push a more data-driven approach. The resulting insights improve the accessibility, branding, and technical clarity of Hillman designs.
