As a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Tech Center for 21st Century Universities, I apply my UX and HCI skills to design and evaluate innovative learning technologies and experiences for diverse audiences. I collaborate with researchers, faculty, and industry partners to conduct user research, create prototypes, and test usability, aiming to improve education outcomes and accessibility. I have a strong background in industrial and product design, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Tech and completed a year-long UX Strategist role at User Insight, where I translated user insights into design direction for various clients. I am also pursuing a certificate in Management of Technology to enhance my leadership and business acumen. I am passionate about creating human-centered solutions that address real-world problems and make a positive impact. I am looking for a UX Design internship for Summer 2024, where I can apply my knowledge, skills, and creativity to challenging and meaningful projects. I have experience in industries such as education technology, digital design, and user experience research and strategy.

  1. Co-created pilot course on Headlamp - a skill-based learning platform, to help determine GT’s relationship with the platform in implementing skill-based courses for lifetime learners. 2. Lead analyst for design-based research for visual design and hierarchy of digital credentials at 30+ US institutions.

• UX Designer · Window Nation06-01-2024 – 08-01-2024

  1. Assisted in developing a lead generation experience for digital customers. This included brainstorming, low-fi prototypes, high-fi prototypes, and handoff to the dev team, along with considerations to measure success. 2. Established the design system by using Atomic Design principles, which included components for buttons, cards, input fields, navigation, etc. 3. Conducted user testing with 14 sales reps for new D365 capabilities. Presented results to key stakeholders in the company.

Designed and tested Order Management within the eCommerce Modernization initiative at Westrock that is used by 50,000 employees and customers around the world. 3. Simplified complex permissions workflows in the “Themis” system at Westrock, cutting admin user error rate by 30% and support tickets by ~18%
