As an Outreach Coordinator at La Casa Latina Center for Multicultural Equity Access, I work with a team of professionals and students to provide resources and support for the Latinx community at Georgetown University. I am also a Co-President of ColorStack, a student organization that aims to increase the retention and success of Black, Latinx, and Native American students in computer Science. I lead a group of 30+ members in planning and executing initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech industry. I am passionate about using my Computer Science and Sociology skills to make a positive impact on society. I have strong technical skills in Python, C++, and Java, and I leverage my graphic design expertise to enhance customer experience. I thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrated by my contributions to various projects and organizations that support vulnerable populations and inclusive communities.

Directly managed the residential experience of 1,500 summer conference guests as well as 120 interns and 380 individual guests. Managed financial data for clients totaling $1.2 million dollars in generated revenue. Directly supervised a team of 7 assistants including conducting employee evaluations, managing schedules, and providing conflict mediation and support.
