Co-founded and scaled The Bearhug Co., a globally recognised apparel brand with a 16-person team with in-house production (screenprinting, embroidery, DTG) from 2010-2024. Selling worldwide, around a highly engaged community of over 500K followers and a 110K email list through an authentic & original brand aesthetic. Managed all marketing campaigns from the creatives to execution, achieving a 5x ROAS on a £2.5 million ad spend. Developed bespoke illustrations, branding, and design collaborations with clients including Nike, Wieden+Kennedy, and J Skis.   From a young age, I've always been passionate about drawing, design & bringing ideas to life. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills to create a wide-ranging & distinctive style, which has allowed me to offer a unique perspective when working on new projects. During the 14 years I spent building the Bearhug, I covered multiple areas of the business, gaining a huge amount of experience, with my main focus covering marketing & design. Having utilised paid ads & social media from early on, I spent over £2million across the leading ad platforms, covering everything from the content & creative to campaign management. This was possible due to the community that surrounded both the brand & my artwork, where we managed to gain over 500k followers. All of these factors are the foundation of how I plan to go forward with Dixon Supply Co. & I’m eager to leverage this knowledge, to help others bring their ideas to life.
