Experience

• Graphic Designer · Buzz Communications08-01-2024 –

  I work with our creative director and CEO as lead designer on various projects. I create logos, color palettes, and brand identity for clients under the direction of our creative director with feedback from our clients. I design websites and collateral materials such as business cards, signage, and promotional publications as needed.

• Media Director · Camp Sumatanga Inc02-01-2024 –

  I produce all outgoing media for the summer camp as well as coordinate and direct all media that is produced at the camp for our campers and staff. I create social media posts and maintain various accounts on multiple platforms. I create physical and digital ads for recruitment purposes as well as printed materials for parents and guardians of our campers to keep them updated on what is going on at camp. During the summer, I take photos and videos of the campers and create presentations and slides for all programs and activities. I operated all sound and projection equipment as well.

• Teaching Assistant · Auburn University08-01-2023 – 05-01-2024

  I worked alongside the professor for the Foundations Design course to communicate lecture material, deadlines, and project assignments to pre-graphic design students at Auburn University. Each week, twice a week, I would make sure all students were present or accounted for, and present material for the lessons. I was also responsible for assigning grades and notes to their craft and eligible drafts throughout the process for each project.

• Design Intern · Sela Vie Creative05-01-2023 – 07-01-2025

  I worked under our lead designer and creative directors to ensure all social media content and emails communicate effectively and work within our defined brand identity. I created social posts, carousels, and invitations for our various accounts as well as design weekly emails and maintain our blog. I also worked to ensure all brand identities we produce are packaged and uploaded in all media types so our clients can find and use their materials after they have launched their website and brand.
