With a solid background in strategy and business development, I've helped companies from about 15 industries across the globe fix and grow their business through multiple types of projects (e.g. international expansion, entry into new category, due diligence, strategic reset, competitive wargames, innovation strategy, GTM strategy, portfolio strategy, incl. implementation).
