I will be leveraging my decade of experience of building brands, communities, social media strategy, content strategy, event marketing audience development, growth marketing and event marketing to fuel startups growth! I have launched Possible Spark Consulting to support startups in their growth With over 12 years of experience in both startup and corporate environments, I have honed my expertise in marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, and leadership. I have worked for start ups such as Rightster (IPO in 2013) and Tubular Labs (exit in 2023), as well as industry giants including Dentsu, Warner Media, WPP, Vivendi, and Pinterest in the UK and France. This diverse background has provided me with a comprehensive perspective from both the buy and sell sides of the business.

As a Zinc Visiting Fellow, I will support the cohort of 50 talented Founders to build commercial, scalable businesses that tackle some of the toughest problems facing people and the planet.

• Co-Founder and CEO · MEDow.AI01-01-2024 – 04-01-2024

  - Selected out of +800 applications and amongst 10% of applicants who received an offer to become a Founder as part of Zinc Venture Builder program. - Co-founded MEDow.AI, a digital health company leveraging generative ai to support cancer patients in the journey from diagnosis through treatment and beyond with the mission to empower 1 million under-represented cancer patients to improve their health outcomes by 2030. - In 3 months, developed a partnership with a charity to co-develop a MVP using generative ai on whats app tested by 30+ healthcare professionals and patients. - Accepted to Microsoft for Startups. - Received £150k VC Investment via Zinc VC, being part of only 10 teams receiving investment.

• Founder in Residence · ZINC10-01-2023 – 04-01-2024

  The Zinc Venture Builder is a full time, 6-12-month platform that exists to build brand new companies that tackle the biggest social challenges across the world. Environmental health threats pose a grave danger to human health and well-being, causing suffering to individuals and communities worldwide. These threats, which include chemical pollution, climate change, and biological hazards, cause acute and chronic diseases and exacerbate existing health conditions. To protect those we care about, we must tackle the causes of environmental degradation, shield people from the consequences of environmental harm, and, where protection fails, we must mitigate the health impacts they suffer. In this mission, I will tackle Eliminating Environmental Threats to our Health. I will have 6 months to find a co-founder within my cohort, shape a business idea, build a MVP and raise funds.   - Led the growth strategy for scaled programs to drive content creators retention and acquisition across UK, CA, AU by leveraging emails, in app products, push notifications and house ads. - Created a data driven segmentation framework to inform engagement strategies by developing content best practices & messaging for educational email sequences based on the creator lifecycle journey, adopted at an EMEA and APAC level. - Worked collaboratively with regional counterparts to implement resurrection strategies and A/B Testing to limit churn and improve MAC and WAC. - Built EMEA processes across xfn teams to drive better efficiency and unified comms strategies. - Tracked and shared creator performance metrics and insights to optimise programs performance and creators experience. - Supported GTM strategy for new product launches by educating creators and driving product growth and adoption. - Built local websites for CA, UK and AU to drive scalable education and drive xfn efficiency. - Led monthly circle chats as part of the Women@ ERG, and supported content strategies for Pinplanet. - Onboarded and Managed an external copywriter to streamline global processes.
