I’m a senior product leader with 20 years of experience building and scaling technology businesses, from early-stage startups to global organisations including Genesys, TripAdvisor, Expedia and Ding. My background is in leading product strategy, building high-performing teams, and turning customer, commercial and operational complexity into products that deliver measurable results. I’ve worked across enterprise SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce and platform businesses, often in periods of transformation where clarity, prioritisation and execution really matter. Over the past year I've gone deep on AI. Not as an observer, as a practitioner. I've worked across the full stack of AI tools, built systems and automations, and developed a hands-on understanding of where AI genuinely transforms how businesses operate and where it falls short. Most organisations are sitting on extraordinary AI capability they're not using well. The gap isn't the technology. It's strategy, implementation and the practical knowledge of how to make it work inside a real business with real constraints. That's where I come in. I work with leadership teams to cut through the noise, identify where AI creates genuine leverage, and build the systems and culture to make it stick. I bring the product rigour of someone who has shipped at scale combined with the technical fluency to work directly with AI tools, models and infrastructure. Currently building the Executive Second Brain, a persistent AI intelligence layer for senior leaders, as a working proof of what's possible when AI is built around context rather than just capability. Open to CPO, VP Product, advisory and contract engagements with ambitious teams who are serious about AI product strategy. In prior roles as Director of Product at Genesys (2020-2025) and Director of Product at TripAdvisor (2018-2019), I led AI-enabled product strategy and cross-functional execution across enterprise SaaS and marketplace platforms.
