Some people are energized by the spotlight. I'm energized by what happens before it turns on—the coordination, the dependencies, the moment when ten moving parts click into place and something that was just a plan becomes something real. I was a project manager before I knew what it was. I'm pursuing CAPM certification to formalize my experience with recognized methodology. In my most recent role at a 45-person logistics SaaS company, I coordinated a high-priority product launch involving ~14 contributors across Product, Design, Development, Sales, PPC, SEO, and Customer Support, using a detailed WBS to prevent bottlenecks and maintaining an executive reporting cadence for the most successful launch in the company’s history. Beyond launches, I have led cross-functional sprints to deliver initiatives aligned with quarterly goals, built internal systems from scratch including vendor selection and workflow implementation, and navigated resource constraints and shifting priorities in fast-paced startup environments.
