Currently, I serve as a Design Mentor at adplist.org, guiding aspiring designers in their career journeys. Previously, I was a Senior Product Designer at Airfoil, where I managed projects from inception to execution, ensuring flawless design implementation. At Pathao, I played a pivotal role in growing the user base to 5 million and contributing to a $100 million valuation. My experience also includes UI/UX design roles at Fireart Design Studio and Finsweet, where I worked on high-impact projects like the redesign of Mighty's web presence.

  0-1 That's what I do here at Airfoil. As a Senior designer, I participate in kickoff calls with clients. Gather requirements from clients, and scope them out for my team. Break the project into chunks, and set a timeline for each deliverable. Assign designers for each task and follow up with them to provide feedback from time to time. Present progress to clients, to get feedback from them on a weekly basis. Once the designs are final, I work in close proximity with the developers to make sure the execution of design is as flawless as it could be. I design, manage and support the whole project till its execution (development phase) is done with a microscopic level of attention to detail. Design process varies from project to project. But I encourage my team to follow the 'Design Thinking Process' thoroughly.

  As a Product designer at Pathao, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute to the development of the end-to-end journeys within the Pathao super app. My role encompassed designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for the Ride, Food, and Parcel flows. Additionally, I had the privilege of working on the backends and driver applications, ensuring seamless functionality and a seamless user experience. Through my efforts, I played a pivotal role in helping Pathao grow its user base to an impressive 5 million users, while also contributing to the company's remarkable valuation of $100 million. It was an exhilarating journey, and I am proud to have been a part of Pathao's success story.

  As a UI/UX Designer at Fireart Design Studio, I contributed to various design projects, creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

  I helped the Finsweet team on redesigning the web presence of Mighty. Mighty is a Google Venture-backed legal startup which is helping companies that have liens and LOPs manage them better. In 2018, Mighty was in need to revamp their web presence. They needed a whole revamp of their website (12 individual landing page mega project) and that's where I played a major part. I was one of the early designers who designed the homepage for them. I mostly contributed on creating a style guideline for them to keep a consistent feel all over the web, which reflects mighty's brand personalities. It was a kind of a project that began with thinking of mobile users first. So it is a fully responsive and mobile-friendly website. I delivered all the assets and collaborated with the developers to bring the website to life exactly the way we envisioned.
