Supporting conscious leadership in professionals from the tech and creative industries, helping you make decisions aligned with your overall well-being and grow in the direction that feels good to you. I have more than 12 years of experience working as a human-centered researcher in Tech and creative industries myself, always at an international level. I specialised in Trend Research and Innovation Managament at the Central Saint Martins (University of the Arts London). During that time, my work informed innovation processes for different types of organisations and institutions internationally, and I contributed to the improvement and launch of products and services that are part of our everyday now, while leading teams distributed in different countries and time zones. There was a moment in my career where I decided to use my skills and knowledge in a different way that felt more aligned with my own personal evolution, motivations and needs. I’m now a certified Executive & Life Coach, especialised in NLP, trained in mindfulness and meditation and breathwork (In-Breath technique), as well as a speaker at public events for creative professionals. Since 2023, I combine my work through 1:1 sessions with professionals in Tech and Creative industries, with the support to organisations and teams to improve satisfaction with work, find purpose in a professional career and identify ways to keep growing and using the natural talents of each individual in a way that brings value, satisfaction and balance.
