As the founder of Sweeter Design studio, I work with founders and cross-functional teams at early-stage startups. Through UX audits, design sprints, no-code prototypes, and product stories that align user needs with business goals, I helped drive outcomes such as a +420% increase in onboarding conversion. With 8+ years of global experience, I’ve partnered with startups and global teams to launch new ventures, optimize SaaS onboarding flows, and translate human insights into product strategy. At Framer — a premium no-code website builder loved by designers — I joined the founding Studio team to prototype enterprise service experiences, support high-impact sales conversations, and bridge cross-functional collaboration with product, GTM, and customer success. Earlier in my career, I led digital transformation and SaaS localization strategy at FactSet in Tokyo, managing $6.9M+ in ARR for enterprise clients. My educational foundation in cognitive systems and experience working across 40+ countries allow me to design with cultural intelligence, systems thinking, and empathy.
