With a Post Diploma in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design from the Govt College of Technology for Printing and Graphic Arts, I have cultivated a robust career in UI/UX design. Currently, I am a Senior Product Designer and UX Design Consultant at KOOK, where I have developed an automated system for cloud kitchen operations and improved the UX/UI for Shawarmer's mobile app. Previously, at Folio3 Software, I led the design of Ecodocs Pro, transforming it into a SaaS solution, and established a usability testing lab. My earlier roles at xiQ, Inc., and Evento Solutions LLC involved enhancing user interfaces and experiences across various projects. My expertise lies in employing design thinking principles, UXR methodologies, and tools like Figma and Adobe Illustrator to create user-centric solutions.

  Served as a Senior Design Consultant at Innovative Foods, working with multiple brands like Kook Technologies and Shawarmer. Developed an automated system for cloud kitchen food and eatery service operations across Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. Worked on a subscription-based food ordering system called MealMee for the Riyadh region, designing the web app, mobile app, user management system, and kitchen portal. Improved UX and UI for Shawarmer's mobile app. Significant contributions included designing and optimizing modules using design thinking principles, employing UXR methodologies for ERP systems, crafting wireframes and prototypes with tools like Figma and Adobe Illustrator, enhancing user usability, and aligning system design strategies with stakeholder requirements.
