As a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, my journey in technology, community outreach, and finance has culminated in the founding of my first company, SideShift. This venture represents the intersection of my diverse interests and skills. Leveraging my experience in real estate investing and private equity, I've developed a keen analytical approach and strong leadership skills, which have been instrumental in establishing SideShift. The platform, envisioned as a two-sided marketplace, connects college students seeking part-time work with small local businesses overlooked by larger job boards. My role in this entrepreneurial endeavor showcases my creativity, fast learning ability, and an unwavering work ethic. As I lead SideShift towards growth, I continue to value collaboration and explore new opportunities in the realms of technology and software.

  Played a role in the development of Class A multi-family developments in NYC, facilitating site visits and supporting the Project Manager in assimilating and structuring critical financial and operational data. Conducted complex financial modeling tasks using Excel, aiding in the detailed analysis and underwriting of potential deals to fuel the firm's growth strategy. Developed and assisted on pitch decks to present potential deals to prospective investors, utilizing data analysis and market insights to illustrate investment merits and potential returns, thereby facilitating successful deal closures. Proactively collaborated in sourcing funding opportunities for a burgeoning credit fund, liaising with potential investors and presenting promising investment avenues.
