With 10+ years in organizational psychology - including 6+ years leading HR at Kamgrad d.o.o., one of Croatia’s largest construction firms - I’ve seen first-hand how turnover, culture, and workforce shortages can impact deadlines, safety, and profit. That’s why I founded MIKRO HR: a specialized HR partner for construction. I combine psychology, sociology, and digital HR tools (AI, people analytics, GenAI certifications) to: - Reduce turnover & absenteeism by strengthening site culture and leadership. - Improve recruitment & retention of engineers, technicians, and site workers. - Build trust & productivity across teams, from boardroom to construction site. - Introduce modern HR practices (digital workflows, analytics, branding) without disrupting daily operations.
