I'm a senior product designer and fractional Head of Design with 18 years of experience across agency work, startup growth, and enterprise SaaS. I co-founded JOI Media and then Katipult, where I led design from a 3-person team through a TSX-V public listing. Operating as the sole designer for most of that time. That background means I work independently, ramp fast, and deliver without needing to be managed. I take on fractional Head of Design engagements, design audits, design system builds, and 0-to-1 product work. I work daily with Claude, Cursor, and Figma AI and build AI-native products at MZM Labs.
