My professional journey includes serving as Customer Experience and Researcher Manager at ECGO, where I manage customer feedback and enhance satisfaction. As the Founding User Experience Designer at MakerSharks, I facilitated user interviews, strategized core features, and led the development of an AI platform. My experience as a UX Designer and Researcher at Telos Health involved optimizing human-machine interactions and enhancing usability. Collaborated closely with front-end and back-end engineers and product managers to develop optimized web screens using Jira. Designed an AI platform to reduce user interaction time by 30%. Led an end-to-end UX/UI process by developing 7 significant product core features, from wireframes to production-ready high-fidelity prototypes.

  Analyzed on-duty physicians to craft a storyboard that mapped the user journey of the robotic product, aligning the team's vision and strategy. Worked with clinical technicians, engineers, and developers to optimize 'settings' for human-machine interactions in time-intensive procedures. Co-led usability testing with physicians by developing a prototype and guiding task-based evaluations, uncovering needs, and enhancing the usability of the Settings feature. Documented all user testing sessions on Confluence for future reference. Strategized indications that lived on the robotic product to assist the end users in creating a smooth user experience while working in a fast-paced environment. Created a mood board and initiated the visual design language, a stepping stone for the product UI in compliance with WCAG.

  Assisted in CodeCraft Lab and assisted. Explored the 3D printing of terracotta clay using WASP printer. Printed clay in various sizes and shapes to explore the properties and limitations of 3D printing. Also, tried to research How might we incorporate the 3D printing technology in the traditional craft - pottery.

• Graduate Assistant · Georgia Institute of Technology04-01-2022 – 07-01-2022

  Assisted First Generation Student Program by planning and managing events for graduating and incoming first gens. Designed printable assets like a resource guide, and handbook which would be used by 200 incoming GT First-Gen students in Atlanta and Savannah. This would guide them to navigate their undergraduate college application process for Georgia Tech as well as other schools. Assisted in marketing the first-generation programs through social media, and designing posts for upcoming events and current programs.
