For over 3 years, I have been a Head of Design in the FinTech sector, leading design teams. Since childhood, I have had a passion for drawing and have dedicated many years to finding ways to apply this talent and express myself through my design skills.   Led the redesign of the application and design system, which received awards for Best Mobile Banking and Best Mobile User Experience in 2023. Conceptualized and launched an innovative personal finance management service from scratch, resulting in enhanced User Retention and a higher Net Promoter Score (NPS). Owned the design of key functionalities, including payment, transaction history, and budgeting flows.
