  - Worked as the Associate Product Manager on the development of Mathison's new Survey product from inception to shipping V1 to product. My role included observing user research, writing user stories, creating supporting operational workflows, and structuring team training. My focus was on the creation of no-code elements of survey implementation that reduced overall development time by 50%+ by allowing users to create new surveys in Google Sheets - Collaborated as the product manager with engineers and designers to bring several small features from concept to production across Mathison's product suite - Assisted to launch Mathison’s Knowledge Center and then owned the creation and management of 50+ individual trainings, articles, and resources. Played a key role in the growth of this product from its inception, resulting in it comprising 25%+ of Mathison platform traffic - Owned initial triage and remediation for all user reported product bugs & issues. This included creating the reporting process, examining each report, troubleshooting and fixing if possible, and creating, prioritizing, and managing tickets for engineering when necessary.
