As a Product Manager I wear many hats, but I am always an advocate for Customer Requirements; my ability to break down a technical concept into more digestible terms is imperative to extract customer use cases and translate them into technical requirements. I have worked on complex business solutions and have launched multiple Portals and ERPs for companies that have hundreds of thousands of users.
