With a robust background in Information Technology and Information Systems, I hold a Bachelor of Science from CTI Education Group and a Bachelor of Science Honours from the University of South Africa. Currently, I am a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and Cloud Specialist at BMW IT Hub South Africa, where I focus on IoT Plant Solutions and Data Streaming. My role involves delivering innovative Plant Connectivity solutions, particularly for BMW's Chinese partner, BBA. Previously, I served as a DevOps Solutions Developer at DVT, contributing to cloud-native architecture projects for Standard Bank South Africa. My experience also includes roles at Entelect, where I worked on cloud-native rewrites and infrastructure provisioning, and at Finteq, where I developed ISO-20022 EFT payment systems. Involved in requirements gathering, architecture, public cloud research, technical research, development of Terraform modules, and technical implementation and testing.
