Implementation of on-premises and cloud-based SME IT solutions (e-Invoicing, DMS, Workflow management system). Set up the process design practice, created guidelines, and managed reusable components. Complemented IBM capabilities with bespoke tooling for headless process management. Designed and provided implementation oversight on a number of impactful initiatives across multiple jurisdictions (ROI, NI, GB) including customer onboarding, customer omnichannel, customer GDPR (retail), payments (4 eyes check), credit (approvals, integration into EU landscape), and paperless initiative (crucial during COVID). Instituted a rapid development framework and practice for quick and cost-effective go-live of Maker-Checker type of processes. Fin Stack expertise - integrated with and acquired domain-specific language of Temenos T24, nCino, Fiserv Dovetail, ServiceNow. Rolled 2 successful platform upgrades. Elaboration of successful migration plan and driving the execution for 7 telecom middleware applications from Websphere 6/Axway Gateway/Tibco to IBM BPM 8.5 Advanced platform. Provided technical recommendations to various domains related to optimal technical solutions. Enabled a fully highly available solution across 2 Data Centers targeting BPM applications, underlying DBs (Oracle RAC), presentation layer and integration services.
