Currently at JudgeUs, I have led the redesign and rebranding of a decision-making app, creating a comprehensive design system. At A Round Entertainment, I shipped an MVP, conducted user research, and developed extensive UX documentation. My tenure at Ewill Technology saw the successful design of a music copyright management system and a significant increase in the utilization rate of a standby app for Taipei Domestic Airport.   - Redesigned and rebranded the entire decision-making app in collaboration with the team. - Created a comprehensive design system by validating and addressing concerns related to grid guides, color themes, typography, and components.

  - Shipped the MVP and created over 80 screens on mobile platforms. Deliverables included competitive audits, heuristics evaluation, sitemaps, and low to high-fidelity prototypes. - Led user research activities, including conducting 10 user interviews and 3 usability tests, to understand user needs, gather feedback and provide directions for design iterations. - Created UX documentation for the app, including an introduction to the app, the problems it aimed to solve, personas, user journey maps, and findings from user interviews. This documentation was used to track the design process and guide further development, as well as to onboard new team members.

  - Led the successful design of a music copyright management system through active collaboration with stakeholders. Conducted extensive usability testing with over 50 participants and implemented integration and digital strategies that reduced customer churn by 35%. - Redesigned the homepage, and check-in experiences for Taipei Domestic Airport, a standby app/platform offering standby registration for passengers, with the goal of improving the check-in and sign-up experiences, resulting in a utilization rate increase from 40% to 76%. - Leveraged user research and collaborating with the Project Manager to translate business strategies to create user-friendly products. Designing the system administration experience, online ordering process, website interface, etc. - Validated and addressed concerns within the existing design system, including grid guides, color themes, typography, and components, in close collaboration with the team lead. - Collaborated with the product owner, graphic designer, 2 external engineers, and other stakeholders to gather insights, identify gaps, and communicate research findings and user feedback from interviews.
